I think the Daily Show etc will be covering this little dust-up. Not exactly sure why Frank got so touchy, maybe because these CNBC folks seem to be showing a bias. Although I have my beefs about Frank, I found myself agreeing with him and then thinking, yep, he went off the rails.
I can tell you I pretty much reflexively vote for shareholder proposals when I see them, but don't get the feeling they go anywhere.
